• Write to the ladies from our database only if you are sincere and looking for a life partner. Women from our album pin hopes on you, so please don't try to deceive them
• Don't select only our top ladies, on the whole they have higher demands, though it's not always the case. You can see on the ladies' profile pages how many times their addresses have been retrieved so far.
• Pay attention to the ladies' age preferences. Though in general Russian women marry older men, we don't recommend writing to women who are more than 15 years younger than you. Otherwise, one day you can simply find that you don't have common interests at all.

• You can see on profile pages what contact information of this or that lady is available: "Address" or "Address, Phone" or "Address, Phone, Email". You can get all this information if you purchase ladies' addresses. Don't forget that the Internet is still not so widely used in the FSU countries and Russian email addresses are often not quite reliable.
• You can contact a lady by regular mail. However, we recommend using our mail forwarding services for sending your first letters. Regular mail is slow and unreliable: your letters may get mislaid. • You can order a three-way phone conversation with an interpreter through our agency.

HOW TO USE OUR MAIL FORWARDING SERVICES

• To send a letter to a woman, just click on the "Send Me A Letter" button on her profile page.
• Don't send short letters because they don't give ladies enough information to decide something about you. Anyway, translation charges will be the same for short letters and letters up to 650 words.
• Sending a short message kind of "Hi how R U B my luv" will cost you the same as a long detailed letter and will hardly work out, don't waste your money for nothing!
• Use a text editor to prepare your letter and then just copy and paste the text into the window while sending a letter from the lady's profile page, because the text can be lost if you type it online.

HOW TO SEND GIFTS AND FLOWERS TO LADIES

• You can send a gift and/or flowers to a lady from her profile page. Just press the "Send a Gift/Flowers" button and follow the instructions.
• You can send gifts and flowers from our Gift page. From this page you can send your gifts to the lady not listed in our database. Just enter XXXXXX in the box meant for this.
• If you haven't purchased the lady's address before, you'll get it free with the Flower/Gift Delivery Order to her.

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION

• change your email, password, address and other settings;
• retrieve your password by email if you forgot it;
• recall all ladies' addresses that have been ever retrieved with your account and view them in Cyrillic font;
• check how much funds you have in your mail forwarding account
• check how many addresses can be retrieved with this account free of charge (check the number of address credits you have).
